Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in Credit Risk Analysis.
• Strong expertise in Python for data analysis, risk modeling, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with credit risk regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Prior experience in banking projects is mandatory.
• Familiarity with credit scoring models, PD, LGD, and EAD calculations.
• Experience with data analytics tools, statistical methods, and visualization techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement credit risk models using Python.
• Analyze credit risk exposures, trends, and portfolio performance.
• Ensure compliance with credit risk regulations and industry standards.
• Work closely with business teams to develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis to support risk management decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance risk assessment frameworks.
• Optimize existing credit risk models and ensure their effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on credit risk analytics.
• Stay updated with the latest regulatory requirements and risk management practices in the banking sector.
