Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Bangalore team. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, building insightful reports, and presenting data-driven insights to support business decisions. If you have expertise in Tableau/Power BI, Python, and Excel, along with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover insights and trends in large datasets.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business strategy and decisions.

Business Problem Solving:

• Work with product teams to identify business challenges and opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance, efficiency, and profitability.

Advanced Analytics:

• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Design and implement predictive models, customer segmentation, and trend forecasting.

Data Management:

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with business units, product managers, and senior leadership to align on analytical needs.
• Present insights and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Superset, Looker) for building insightful dashboards.
• Ability to optimize queries for run time and cost and build scalable analytical solutions
• Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms using Python, underlying data considerations and ML ops
• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)

Qualifications:

• Technical degree ( B.Tech/ M.Tech/ B Sc./ M Sc.) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics,Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
