Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of hands-on experience in developing and implementing Salesforce solutions, with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce declarative and programmatic tools. The role also involves integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and working with both Sales and Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• -Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and Apex.
• Develop and optimize Process Builders, Workflows, Approval Processes, and Triggers to automate business processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications using REST API and SOAP API.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing Salesforce implementations by providing new functionalities and fixing issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement business requirements.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development, including version control and code reviews.
• Develop and maintain documentation on processes, configurations, and technical solutions.
• Participate in testing and deployment activities for Salesforce releases.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and proactively recommend enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of experience in Salesforce development with strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Solid experience in working with Aura Components, Triggers, Workflows, Process Builders, and Approval Processes.
• Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using REST API and SOAP API.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, security configurations, and user permission management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools and version control (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Communities and Einstein Analytics.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Gearset, Copado, or similar.
